Property Condition Assessment

July 2023, Axiom Consultants completed a Property Condition Assessment.  This report is found here.  Some items in this report are able to fixed by Central City School District's staff and other items will be completed by outside contractors.  The District will be utilizing SAVE Bond and PPEL to complete these projects. 

Facilities Task Force

Central City Schools is utilizing a Facilities Task Force Committee which is made up of staff, parents, and community members. The goal of this task force is to develop a master plan for our district to present to the school board. Members of our task force include: Shannon Bohannon, Callie Carson, Cody Gericke, Tina Hansen, Don Hogan, Bryan Janssen, Josh Morey, Cody Schmitz, Angie Schmitz, Kevin Schlotterbeck, Alice Smith, Brennan Tye, Chad, Watkinson, and Stacey Wolmutt.
